Submission Guidelines

Creative Minds Magazine is accepting articles from freelance writers for our quarterly print publication. If you are interested in submitting an article, please read our submission guidelines and submit articles/press release (media) by e-mail or mail. Submit your articles or media kits by e-mail to messengerpubl@yahoo.com or by mail at Creative Minds Magazine, P.O. 597, Avondale Estates, GA 30002.

What Are We Looking for (Qualifications for Articles):
1. Articles must be about the business aspect of the arts and entertainment industry.
2. Articles must be informative and resourceful to our readers
3. Articles must be related to the arts and entertainment professional fields such as: film making, writing, visual arts, dance, music, and etc.
4. Articles must not be an advertisement to sale a product it must have information that are beneficial to our readers.

Specifications for Submitting Articles/Press Release
1. All articles must be typed in Microsoft Word and be 250 to 500 words.
2. Articles and press release (media kit) must be e-mailed to messengerpubl@yahoo.com.
3. Articles and press release (media kit) can be mailed to our mailing address.
4. All articles must be submitted by the 20th of following months: October (For Winter Issue), January (Spring Issue), April (Summer Issue), July (Fall Issue) in order to be considered for inclusion in the scheduled publications.

Photo Guidelines:
Photos can be mailed or e-mailed to us. If Photos are e-mailed, be submitted using the pdf, jpeg, or gif format. Photos should be originals or scanned with a laser printer with a 300 dpi resolution or more. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Artwork Guidelines:
We do accept artwork from visual artists. Artworks can be mailed or e-mailed to us. If artworks are e-mailed, be submitted using the pdf, jpeg, or gif format. Artworks should be scanned with a laser printer with a 300 dpi resolution or more. If you have any questions, please contact us

For Artists/Executives/Producers/ Promoters:
If you are an artist, executive, producer, or promoter with a success story, please submit your media kit by e-mail or by mail.

For Business Owners:
We consider feature stories on business owners who provide products and services for the arts and entertainment industry, please send us your story idea by e-mail or by mail

Contributing Writer:
We are currently looking for contributing writers for both our print and on-line publications. If you are an expert in a field of the arts and entertainment industry have and have writing/reporting experience, please submit your resume and writing samples by mail or e-mail.
